Jackie Olinger, a native of Maryland, has spent almost her entire life in this area.To describe Jackie in a short paragraph is almost impossible. Mark began his real estate career in 1995 as a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, investing, renovating and managing small multi-family apartment buildings. While in Philadelphia expanding his expertise in acquiring and selling properties, Mark developed a reputation for his keen financial and investing knowledge and strong negotiating skills. Returning to Maryland in 2002, Mark received his Maryland and Virginia real estate licenses and co-founded Summit Management Services, Inc. with Elan. In today's market, you need someone like Mark to be a part of your real estate team- someone who not only gets the details but also the big picture. He has over 15 years of professional experience in real estate, including commercial brokerage and multi-family housing leasing and management. Primarily, Mark serves as the Chief of Asset Management for Greystone Realty, overseeing the physical and economic evaluation of investment properties, assisting with the due diligence of perspective properties and helping with the financing needs of clients. In addition, Mark is available to support clients who wish to obtain Greystone Realty's services for traditional property management. Once a property is managed by Greystone Realty, he will take the lead in all aspects of its daily operations and management, leasing, rent collections and bill paying, as well as providing oversight of any capital improvement projects that are required at the property.
A resident of Maryland for over 28 years with deeply established roots in this community, Mark truly is a leader of Greystone Realty. His passion for real estate and business is infectious. Jill Balow, a native of Maryland, has lived in her hometown most of her life. Jill graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in education. She taught primary education in Montgomery County for six years prior to starting her family. Jill's love for business and working with people motivated her to establish and run her own clothing business for several years before turning her entrepreneurial spirit to Real Estate.
